My husband, Nathan, and I met in Brooklyn, NY in the late 90’s and married in the fall of 2001. A year later, eager to start our own family, we decided to move to Virginia to be closer to relatives and friends.

While in NYC, I was a Senior Editor in the crafts department of Martha Stewart Living magazine. Starting as the receptionist in 1994, I worked in various departments of MSL and Martha by Mail for 9 years.

Nathan, worked for the HBO series, The Soprano’s, as a Stage Manager, and previous to that worked on a dairy farm in the Catskills. Nathan went back to dairy farming when we moved to Virginia.

We are the proud parents of two boys, Erwin & Silas. I love to stay home with them and create fun things for babies and run my graphic design business, Culpeper General.
