Return Policy

We take pride in our products, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt unused and in original packaging for exchange or store credit only. Please email us at customerservice@growthsprouts.com for arrangements. Sorry, but all customized and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.

Shipping

All in stock purchases are shipped from Virginia by USPS Priority Mail with insurance to arrive within 7 – 10 business days of receipt of order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. It is important to us that you receive your order as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Please contact us with any special concerns regarding shipping by emailing us or calling us at 540-439-3337 during business hours to discuss.

Important Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. At this time we only fill orders in the United States.
